LIPS BY CA Terms & Conditions

1. Copyright
   All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, images, text, and the Lips by CA technique step-by-step book, are the exclusive property of CORRECT by CA INC. The reproduction, distribution, or resale of any course material in any form without explicit written permission from CORRECT by CA INC is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any party found violating these terms.

2. Non-Exclusive Licence
   The Trainer hereby grants the Trainee a non-exclusive licence to use the Technique, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The licence to use the Technique is non-transferable.

3. Trainee Covenants
   Trainee Property
   The Trainee shall not, without the Trainer’s prior written consent:
   (i) copy the Trainer’s copyrighted material;
   (ii) use the Trainer’s trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication; or
   (iii) use recording equipment in training sessions without the Trainer’s prior written consent, which may be arbitrarily withheld.

   Trainee Not Authorized to Train Others
   The Trainee covenants and agrees that they are not authorized to train other parties in the Training Services limited to the Technique, and that the Training Services are being provided to the Trainee for personal use only. The Trainee cannot sublicense the Technique to any third party. In the event the Trainee breaches this covenant, the Trainer shall suffer irreparable harm. The Trainer may seek equitable relief (including injunctive relief) against the Trainee to prevent the breach or threatened breach of this Section and to secure its enforcement, in addition to all other remedies available at law.

   Technique
   The Trainee acknowledges that the Trainer is the sole and absolute owner, as well as the creator, of the Technique. The Trainee hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives all rights and interests to the Technique, including moral rights, with respect to the Technique.

   Trainee Liability Waiver
   The Trainee shall execute a release of liability and assumption of risk in a form and substance satisfactory to the Trainer, upon request, on the same terms set forth in Trainee Covenants.

4. Severability
   If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall apply to the term or provision only to the extent of that invalidity or unenforceability and shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the Province of Ontario in any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this Agreement or the Services provided hereunder.

6. Trademark
   The following lip shape names are trademarks of CORRECT by CA INC and are protected under applicable trademark laws:

• No-Filler Lip Filler
• CA Lip
• Hailey Lip
• Boss Lip
• Bratz Lip
• Try-A-Lip
• Lips by CA

Unauthorized use of these names in any form is strictly prohibited. If you post the results of any lip shape learned through this course on social media, you must tag @correct.clinic and credit Carolina Archibald as the inventor of the techniques.

7. Liability Disclaimer
   Correct Clinic disclaims all liability for any adverse outcomes or complications that may arise from the application of techniques taught in this course, including but not limited to vascular occlusions, asymmetries, migration, and tissue necrosis. It is the sole responsibility of the injector to ensure they are qualified and legally permitted to perform such procedures in their respective jurisdiction. CORRECT by CA INC will not be held liable for any legal or medical issues arising from the misuse of course materials.  

8. Refund Policy

   By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
